Redithotic Redi-Comfort Heat Moldable Arch Supports

The Redi-Thotic heat moldable arch support is moldable to provide person specific arch support. The Redi-Comfort heat moldable support uses a firm EVA shell so the orthotics can be modified. The orthotics are contoured to better fit moderate to high arches.

Heat Moldable Molding Instructions

Remove orthotics from package. Place in convection oven face up. Heat for 3 minutes at 250 degrees.(Allow an extra 30 seconds if using a non-convection oven).
Orthotics will be warm to touch.
Place on a foam block or soft base and have patient stand on orthotics.

If arch is too high patients weight will lower arch while it is still warm.
If you need to raise arch place your thumb under the medial lateral arch and press up until the orthotic arch meets the human arch and hold for 60 seconds.

The forefoot will mold via patients natural gate and everyday wear.
