Have worrn these for 2 years but something has changed. Makes my feet hurt worse

These arch supports saved my feet when i developed plantar fasciitis -- i put them in the shoes i do my walks in now and i believe they've definitely helped to cure my feet. will keep using for a while! i totally recommend them!!
