Helped my plantar fasciitis immensely These foundations really helped my feet. They provide support where support is needed and mold to give comfort where molding is needed. How do it know? (That's from a Cajun joke about a Thermos bottle.

Sole Heat Moldable Wonderful product...helped my heel and feet tremendously. Can easily heat mold or just put in shoe and wear for awhile and it will mole to your feet. Very good product!

Great product for the Pricepoint I have experience with several non prescription orthotics. I use them in my hiking boots, ski boots, bike shoes, running shoes, and work boots. In the past I have used Superf*** trim to fit, but I find SOLE to be a better product for the same price point. I still use my custom cork Superf*** in my one pair of my ski boots and a pair of my hiking boots, But these are close to comparable to those customs at a third of the price. There are other custom footbeds that the ski shops are happy to sell you, and they may take the time to put your foot into a proper neutral position before they mold them, but those are in the $200 range. If price is no object then get those. If price is an object, get these. P.S. Do not overbake them or they will shrink.

They help ...but I'm still testing.... They seem very well made, sturdy, long lasting.They do help with my plantar fasciitis, looks like I'm gonna hafta get a pair for all my shoes...

I had to purchase a size 11 for my 10.5 Merrill hiking boot. Easy to trim and heat.

No Problems These seem to be working as they should in my mid grade hiking boots. A clearly noticeable improvement over the insoles - if you can even call them that - that come with the boots. Good price, very fast shipping. I'm a satisfied customer.

SOLE Softec Response I have high arches and P.F. I've had sore feet for many years. I've tried many insoles, these work better than all the others. I suggest heating them molding them to your feet.I had to go up one size due to the location of my arch.

Helpful but Firm I use a couple of different insoles in various shoes. I use these for my working books and while I ride a bicycle but not my walking/jogging shoes or office/church shoes. (I use these when I bike as I wear running type shoes when I bike but can feel the peddles, especially if I am going up hills - These being harder help so that I don't feel the peddle ridges.)These have a plastic type bottom and are a bit stiffer and not as padded as other insoles. The black are harder or have less give than the red. Thus, these are not as comfortable, but they fit shoes well and work well to take pressure off the heal and ball of the foot.

very comfortable I purchased these on the recommendation of my physical therapist as I wanted more arch support. The insoles are very comfortable and do the job.

Have used them for a number of years. Mine do best when I don't heat them. More aggressive arch support and the soles slowly form to your feet.

Thank you!! I received these so quickly after I ordered them. I have terrible bunions and I walk about 4 miles a day at work. I have been hobbling around in such pain and I decided to splurge on these insoles. I'm so thankful I did! I warmed them for a few minutes, slipped them into my shoes and feel like I am walking on a cloud. Don't put off doing something decent for yourself. My foot pain is greatly diminished.

I've been using SOLE Softec Insoles for 3+ years at the suggestion of a podiatrist I consulted for minor plantars fascitis pain. Using these insoles and a few simple exercises, I've been symptom free. All of my new footwear gets a set of SOLE Insoles.

Product is working well. I experienced relief immediately and has been improving my pain level for the last week since I started wearing them!

My dr was able to heat the first orthotics I bought and they molded to my arch. This second set I bought I tried to mold myself according to the instructions and the arch did not mold to my feet.

The arch in my right foot collapsed. I needed some radical suppot to correct my walk. These help and are comfortable.

I have been purchasing these insoles since my son was in basic training about 4 years ago. They were one of the type of insoles available at the store on base and thought that if they were used there then they would likely be good. I put a pair of these insoles in some leather boots where it only had some cheaper insoles and my feet problems went away immediately. I had also purchased new insoles for two new pair of other shoes. I should have just had them in all my shoes to begin with!

Product as promised I expect this orthotic to keep its support chracteristics for at least 6 months. Pleased with the product

These were recommended by my podiatrist to provide relief from plantar fasciitis and I have not had another steroid injection in my heel since. I highly recommend these.
