I love them! They make the world of difference for my painful plantar facitis.

Advantages: Mega cushioning for the heel

Disadvantages: Kinda expensive!

foot Dr. Recommended. Lots of pain from having flat feet. I could hardly walk at work. These insoles solved my problem. No pain at all. I bought a second pair. Thanks

These are similar to Powerstep Memory Foam Comfort Insoles but a bit more arch support. These have good cushioning but not quite as much as the PMFCI. These insoles are fantastic. Very supportive and cushioned throughout.
