perfect for inside my son's ski boots!
well insulated and a perfect fit
recommend measuring current insole before buying--not room to trim due to the insulation
*for reference--used size 11 insole for a 12 boot (stock insole in the boot measured 11.5" so the size 11 "SOLE footbed" was perfect!--thanks to customer service who determined this for me!

The Soft Sole inserts are high quality and as such are sure to have a long life and fit well as I break them in. I have found I have a long instep and buy a larger size and cut it to a shorter overall length to fit. I enjoy modifying things to work better and in the process of fitting them I needed to slice the toe of the thinsulate off. Since it is a loose bed of fibers (good insulation!) I couldn't leave the toe open. I also wanted the thinnest possible insert anyway so instead of gluing the thinsulate toe closed I took all of the more than 1/16" thinsulate off. It is now the same as the thinnest Soft Sole and it was $10. less expensive. These are in plastic ski boots with lots of foam already for great insulation.
Advantages: Firm long lasting support
Disadvantages: None

I have used Sole orthotics for about 6 years. I have tried other brands but the Sole product is more durable and lasts longer without breaking down.
Advantages: Moldable, durable, long lasting. Won"t breakdown at the arch.
Disadvantages: None that I have found.

Sole footbeds are great. They're in all my ski boots, work boots, and tennis shoes.
Advantages: Just the right amount of arch support to fit in all shoes and boots. Better IMO than the $200 orthotics I had made by a chiropractor. They are warm in ski boots, & comfy. Value for $ is unbeatable with this product. I've been wearing insole/orthodics for 40 + years.
Disadvantages: None come to mind!

Seamless online ordering. Great products.
Advantages: Sole insoles are excellent. I've been wearing orthotics in my ski boots for 37 years. I still have them. My chiropractor made orthotics $200.00
Are not as good as these Sole ones. They're in my ski boots, work boots, and tennis shoes. Just the right amount of arch support. Super quality, and thin.
Disadvantages: None I can think of and above states why.
