I have 4 pairs of Orthaheel sandals. My mother bought me my first pair, and she passed 8 years ago. They finally fell apart. The Vionic sandals I just got seem just as good quality and comfort.
Advantages: comfortable, durable, water resistant

Been wearing these sandals now for almost a week. My knee pain that I had been suffering with is gone! I took to these like a duck to water. No blisters, no problems with foot or leg pain! Love them. Wish I could wear them in the winter but we get many feet of snow so that is not an option. Will buy another pair in a different color next spring!
Advantages: Got rid of my knee pain
Disadvantages: None that I have found

I was looking for a sandal that would help my foot because I have plantar fasciitis. This has helped it and I don’t have the pain like I use to.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage is the the price, especially when you have to start buying a whole new wardrobe of them.

Have bought close to a dozen of this style sandal, and though I have been able to wear most, the fit is definitely not consistent. Arch support better placed in some than others, straps too loose on some.
Advantages: arch support
Disadvantages: see above

Very smart looking and feels great lifting my flat arches. I ordered a size 8 but it was a little big so I returned them for a size 7. It fits great. The regular gym shoes from Vionic is a size 8 and fits great. The flip flop style ran a little bigger.
Advantages: So Comfortable!
Disadvantages: None.

These work great for my planter fasciitis! They were tough the first day. I wore them too long and my arches were in pain, but after that I wear the daily. I’m retired so I’m not on my feet all day, but I am on them a lot and love them. Very comfortable.
Advantages: I don’t have to wear pads on my feet to keep from being in pain. Just the saddles.
Disadvantages: The cost! I don’t like spending 75.00 on a pair of flip flops!

Vionic sandals and flip-flops were recommended to me by a foot doctor. When you first try them on they feel a bit strange since you are not accustomed to having the arch support. It was recommended you wear the new flip-flops only two to three hours a day for I believe it was the first week. Otherwise your feet get tired and need to adjust to the new stance. Once you get use to them, you will never want to wear anything else. They can be worn all day and have stopped the foot issues I was having. Very comfortable and well worth what you pay for them.
Advantages: Improved stance and foot issues.
Disadvantages: A bit pricy. They take about a week to adjust to the arch support if you have never worn them before.

I love these flip flops. They're the only ones I can wear with my pronation, low arches, and tendonitis. However, they're outrageously expensive but do hold up well. I've even bought a pair from EBay and they worked out fine!
Advantages: Help with pronation and are the only flip flops that don't make me feet ache.
Disadvantages: Expensive!

I just received these sandals today. Although they seem to be very comfortable, there is a strong chemical smell. If the smell does not go away in a few days, I will most likely return this product.
Advantages: comfort
Disadvantages: smell

I am very pleased with my purchase. Wearing these sandals have relieved my backache. I feel more stable when walking. I definitely will be buying more footwear.
Advantages: They are comfortable. They are the only shoes I wear.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage is that I didn't buy more than one pair.

I initially left a 2 star review based upon the strong chemical smell from the shoes when they arrived. I also researched the problem and discovered that at least one other style from this vendor had a problem with a strong chemical smell. However, the smell dissipated after about 24 hours outdoors so that is no longer a problem. I have arthritis and pronation in one foot and because of the arthritis (I think) I am still getting used to these shoes as they are a bit heavy, but I think that they will eventually be helpful to me. The high arch is very nice.
Advantages: They have a very good arch support.
Disadvantages: They are heavier than drug store flip-flops and so (for me) a bit more difficult to walk in.

These are the second pair I've purchased. Just because the 1st pair got a lot of wear, I needed a new pair. I bought these for fasciitis. Worked instantly! I can walk all day without pain. The huge bonus was I noticed about 3 days after wearing them, my knee pain disappeared too.
Advantages: fasciitis, and unexpected : knee pain disappeared
Disadvantages: none!

These are my fifth or sixth pair of these sandals and the only reason I had to splurge on a new pair was because our new puppy ate through the strap of both my indoor and outdoor pairs. Then we went on vacation and I work other sandals and ended up blisters. I am a devoted fan!
