The OrthoticShop went above and beyond to make sure I got the orthotics I needed. These SOLE footbeds were provided instead of another I ordered and are actually more durable than what I had ordered. If you haven't tried these instead of custom orthotics, you should. You'll save a lot of money.
Advantages: Great support. Easy to heat mold to your foot. Fit most shoes better than custom orthotics.
Disadvantages: Don't fit every shoe without some trimming. I'd buy a second pair to give you more options for fitting shoes properly.

I bought a pair of these 8 years ago and am still using them. Because of the silver, they never smell. They must be discontinuing the "DK" name because they were at a fire sale price. I put the new ones in the oven and formed them to my feet, and swapped them for the old ones. They had the same shape as the old ones! This is a testament to their high quality. I use them for my everyday shoes and have never had plantar fascitis again since I started using them. I put the old ones in my running shoes.
Advantages: As good or better than expensive orthotics.
Disadvantages: none

I have not yet worn the insoles during a run but I have tried them on with a new pair of running shoes which I will be using with them. The DK insoles fit very well and felt very comfortable. I expect I will use the oven to custom mold them as I have with other Sole products. I have been very impressed with Sole insoles and with the great service from The Orthotic Shop. Thanks!
Advantages: Support and fit
Disadvantages: none

I have recently purchased Soles footbed orthotics for my son and my neighbor. I have enjoyed excellent relief from my own pain issues with my back, knees, and hips, by stabilizing my frame with the support I get from proper foot alignment that I get from mine. First recommended by my podiatrist, I wanted to share the relief with the two hard working men.
Advantages: Better posture. Proper alignment of feet, ankles, legs, hips, and lower back. If you are suffering discomfort in ANY of these areas, it makes sense to start by stabilizing the suspension.
Disadvantages: Still a little pricey. Replace when worn or soft.

I have used both Superfeet and Sole footbeds for many years, and while I like superfeet I just think Sole footbeds are better.
Advantages: Being able to heat and mold them at home is a real plus.
Excellent arch support.
Disadvantages: None

Provide steady support and good heel stability. I have used Soles for years on advise from my podiatrist. Helpful for alignment of knees and hips as well.
Advantages: Support of arches and heel stabilization. Helpful in preventing plantar fasciitis.Improves gait, stabilizes ankles, knees, and hips.
Disadvantages: A little pricey. I have a twisted great toe that wears through footbed, I replace mine frequently.

These are the best inserts I've used in 50 years! They are are perfect in every way.
Advantages: Lower profile arch support than all others still with form fitting heal and side mold. Drop down front support that's not totally flat!
Disadvantages: None

These are great inserts. I ordered them here because SOLE has changed the material of these. These are now made from recycled wine corks which is cheap and just wrong. I'm trying to stock up on these older style which work really well.
