Knee stopped hurting immediately!
I got these shoes for pain due to a collapsed metatarsal(for foot ball support) and lo and behold they helped that and instantly also cured my knee problem which had been hurting me all day long for past five months. I'm also able to exer-walk again as the shoes are so light. Not sure if it will work for everybody, but the help these Vionic Walker's brought to my knee was truly miraculous! This company deserves a medal.

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with hole deceloped in one shoe. Made return process very customer friendly.
Advantages: Excellent support. Feet feel much better. Had a broken bone in one foot and had to wear a walking boot before I purchased these shoes. They were instrumental in the healing process.
Disadvantages: Purchased two pairs. Black ones made of a tougher material than the grey ones it seems.

The size of the shoe was so big, that I did not know what size to reorder as I didn't want to go back and forth on ordering if the replacement size was also not correct. I decided just to get a refund as it would be the easiest thing to do.
