Wearing these took away my backaches. I have been wearing these for 6 years now and have them in 5 colors.

This is my third pair of the Spenco orthotic flip flops. I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis and found that shoes with the proper arch supports helped me tremendously. When i put these on they are more comfortable than walking barefoot! I highly recommend them!

Advantages: Comfort, arch support, long lasting material

Disadvantages: No disadvantages!

I have been wearing Spenco Yumi flip flops almost full time the past three years. I was told by my doctor to wear shoes in the house and these have been my choice. Since I have several pairs, I try to keep one pair separate as my house shoes.

Advantages: I rotate between the two widths although the wide ones are the more comfortable. This pair was actually for my daughter who has similar feet to mine. I hope by wearing these, she will avoid having the knee issues I have. Wish all shoes came with good arch support!

Disadvantages: Wish there were more color choices in the Yumi line for those of us needing wider widths.

The Flip Flops have great construction.

Advantages: Feels solid under feet.

I love these flip flops. I have plantar fasciitis and it really hurts to walk a short distance,but yesterday I walked around Walmart for more than 30 minutes and my feet did not hurt at all. I will be a repeat customer

So comfortable for people with high arches. I have been wearing these for about 8 years. I have had three pair and I love them

This is my second pair of Spenco flip flops. My first pair was bought at my podiatrist office. He recommended I wear them in the house instead of going barefoot because of my hammertoe.

Advantages: My foot feels so much better when wearing this shoe versus going barefoot. Very comfortable!!

Disadvantages: None!

These flip flops are amazing!! Im gonna get other colors. I have scar tissue from surgery in my ankle and heel spurs. These feel way better than any other shoe I've ever worn! Amazing heal support no pain with my heel spur. I highly recommend these shoes!

Advantages: Great heal and arch support. Distributes weight perfectly. Amazing cushion in heals.

Disadvantages: none love these!

These sandals are wider than I expected.

Advantages: Contour of the foot bed is very good

Disadvantages: The straps are wide so they don't hold my foot as stable as I would like.

Awesome sandals! I bought 7 wide as I have wide feet and a high arch. In most shoes I need to go to a size 8 but these 7W fit perfectly and are so comfortable! I can wear them all day. These are the 5th pair I've purchased.

I live in my Spenco flip flops much of the year. This is my 5th pair! Excellent support, comfortable, wears well. All this for a much lower price than Vionic!!

Advantages: Comfort and good support
Wears well
Reasonable price

Disadvantages: The toe area of the footbed do get dusty and need to be cleaned.

I love these sandals. I have had a pair for 15 years. Finally needed to replace them. Will continue to buy them. They fit so nice and my feet never hurt. I ware them when i will be on my feet all day.

Advantages: The fit is perfect. Light weight. They don't slip on wet serfice.

Disadvantages: Not a lot of selection.
