These flip flops are amazing!! Im gonna get other colors. I have scar tissue from surgery in my ankle and heel spurs. These feel way better than any other shoe I've ever worn! Amazing heal support no pain with my heel spur. I highly recommend these shoes!
Advantages: Great heal and arch support. Distributes weight perfectly. Amazing cushion in heals.
Disadvantages: none love these!

Awesome sandals! I bought 7 wide as I have wide feet and a high arch. In most shoes I need to go to a size 8 but these 7W fit perfectly and are so comfortable! I can wear them all day. These are the 5th pair I've purchased.

I have been purchasing Spencos for seven or eight years now and as soon as I put the spare on it hurt between my great toe and second toe it was very uncomfortable for a very long time. I’m not sure if they’re making the material differently it felt very stiff and hurt my feet...

I've been having a lot of issues with my heel and now that summer is here, I dreaded the idea of not being able to wear flip flops. I bit the bullet and ordered these to see if I could last the day with them without too much pain. Imagine my surprise when I not only lasted the whole day, but barely felt any pain at the end of the night. I'm so happy to have found something that actually allows me to have some summer style!
Advantages: These look like regular flip flops so no one knows you're wearing an orthotic product. I loved that they came in wide too!
Disadvantages: Haven't found any!

I love the shoes but I’m going to have to return them because they’re too wide. So maybe I can exchange them for the mediums.

I really like spenco flip flops. I was not able to find what I usually would order in the past but they are comfortable and I never slipped on wet surfaces on my cruises. THAT is a huge plus.
Advantages: None slip
Disadvantages: Expensive and hard to find something that you have liked in the past.

I have been wearing these sandals for the past couple of years to help with my ball of foot pain. Whenever I travel, these sandals are my “go to”.
Advantages: These sandals conform to my high arches and help ball of foot pain.
Disadvantages: I wouldn’t recommend for brisk walking. Wear sneakers for that!

This is my second pair of these flip flops. I wear them as house shoes. The support is great and they keep me from having aching feet. orthopedic house slippers have a very thick sole which is a hazard when going up and down steps. These are perfect and much safer for me. I would estimate the first pair lasted around 7 years.
