Pretty good I ordered these with a pair of Tide II flip flops. I wear a 9 1/2 so ordered 9. A little tight on the toes. The arch does not seem as high as with the flip flops. Nice to have the velcro strap to adjust but if you have really narrow feet, they may not adjust tight enough. They are warm and will be better on my plantar faciitis than going barefoot but I actually wish I had just bought two pairs of the flip flops.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.

The only slippers with solid arch support I've found. Just wish they weren't so pricey and also wish they came in a wider variety of colors and patterns. Seems if you're a size 7, almost everything is sold out except for animal prints.

Runs large. As others have commented, this is an extremely warm slipper. After about a week wearing this slipper, I am still having lots of "fluff" from inside the slippers stick to my feet, then it sticks to the carpet, so I am constantly picking up tuffs of black lint.
Advantages: Very warm. Good for having on all day--lots of foot support.
Disadvantages: Lint. Size is too big.

I do not get the support that I had with the old
Gemma. Because these slippers are scuffs my foot
is not stable in the slipper. Please bring back the
old Gemma the enclosed slipper that I loved.

These are very comfortable slippers. I don't have any foot pain when I wear them. I usually take a size 7.5, and ordered a size down as recommended; the size 7 fit perfectly. The downside is, after 9-10 months, there's a hole in the toe area on one of the slippers (the other slipper is fine). I'm disappointed they didn't last longer, so even though they help with my foot pain, I'm on the fence if I should replace them with the same brand or not.
Advantages: Reduced foot pain
Disadvantages: Wore out faster than expected, especially given price
