The support is good, but I am disappointed that they aren't more cushioned. The bands between my toes are thick and not the most comfortable. I threw out a pair of Croc flip flops that had a separate orthotic insole. I loved them, but they were ready to retire. I'd purchased them at the podiatrist, and they are no longer made. Could you come up with something like that? They were sooooo comfortable!
Advantages: Good footbed support.
Disadvantages: Thong is too thick.

These Spence sandals are ok, but not as comfortable or well fitting as a pair I purchased about 5 years ago. The fit/run a b8t small a and were not as well formed to my foot as my others were out of the box. If I purchased again I would advise bumping up a size. I think that would give the comfort I was looking for.
Advantages: Nicely made and well priced
Disadvantages: Run small in my opinion. Different fitting footbed than those purchased previously.
