I had to return this 5.5WW as it was too tight at the ankle for my special needs daughter as evidenced after the recommended first 30 minutes of wear. The shoe is very stiff and I had difficulty locating her big toe to determine proper length for her. But that was a mute point since it was too tight anyway.
Advantages: Extra depth to accommodate a thicker foot was the feature that caught my attention.
Disadvantages: Very stiff shoe
