Foot Up thingie This works if you keep the cuff high on the lower leg. If cuff slides down, as it usually does if not modified, there is not enough pull to keep the toes up. I modified by using double sided tape to keep the cuff higher.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.

Thank God for the Ossur Foot-Up! I have drop-foot as a result of a stroke. The Foot-Up is my saving grace! I am able to do a lot of things independently because of it. I was surprised at the high price of this replacement inlay (I used the original one for 5 yrs and it was too stretched out), it's DEFINITELY worth being able to walk without tripping!

a handy replacement held in reserve as the original seems good for a while yet.
Advantages: This product is relatively unobtrusive compared to a AFO brace generally comfortable to wear with adequate foot lift support.
Disadvantages: Possibly best to unclip for driving sensitivity. Also if ankles are crossed when sitting, it can accidentally unclip the elastic link but easily reclicked.
