I love this shoe, and have been searching for a black, tailored, classic flat with support for a very long time. This shoe is perfect!
Advantages: Great arch support, cute, well-made, high quality leather, stays on foot, no pinching anywhere, true to size in length and width. The elastic back is wonderful. It's not too tight, but makes for a perfectly fitting flat, important to me because I have a narrow heel and often "walk out of" flats and sizing down makes them too cramped in the toes.
Disadvantages: Some of them squeak with every step - terribly!! I tried three pair (not all from the Orthotic Shop) before I found a pair that didn't squeak. For reference, I ordered the black leather. The suede models may not have this problem. It's worth a try, because if you find a non-squeaky pair, they are perfect in every way!

I bought these through Orthotic Shop's ebay store. If you like these shoes, buy them at orthoticshop.com because I see they are significantly cheaper. The details listed for this shoe Leather or suede upper and leather lining is not true at least for the navy color I bought. Both the upper and lining is a mixture of leather and man made materials as it states on the inside label of the shoe. Note that the insole is all man made and can make the foot hot.
Advantages: I like the style, color and arch support.
Disadvantages: I would have preferred a leather insole and that the lining and upper by completely of leather. I would imagine that the suede version is all leather for the upper at least.

This is a good quality shoe with great arch and heel support. But they do run pretty small. Also the elastic back at the heel does cause a but or rubbing. I recommend going 1/2 size up.
Advantages: Great heel and arch support
Disadvantages: Runs small

At first I thought I would have to return these and was hesitant to wear them. But because of the return policy I did wear them to work. I wasn't in my feet all day as I usually am but still a fair amount of the day and my feet felt great. No knee pain or ankle pain or foot pain. I was pleasantly surprised. And they looked nice with dress slacks.
Advantages: All day comfort, didn't slip off my heal as most flats do.
Disadvantages: Almost returned because when I first tried them on the arch felt awkward and uncomfortable.
