Really good support.
I walk on concrete floors 11 hours a day.
I am an old heifer with a bad knee and back.
My back does not hurt at all.
I have bought several pairs. I highly recommend them !!!
They run a size small so take that into consideration when ordering
But if they need to be returned, I never have any problems and the new pair come in just as quickly

I bought these shoes for my husband. He has had his right ankle fused and has PF so badly at times, he can hardly walk. These shoes have made a fantastic improvement on his pain. They are lightweight and easy for him to walk in. He really is very happy with his new orthotic shoes. I just ordered a pair for myself. Highly recommend.
Advantages: Less pain in his arch.
He feels like he has more foot support.
He can now walk farther with a lot less pain
Disadvantages: A bit costly for us but worth every penny.
