John Muir Trail champs I put these in running shoes and carried a backpack over 200 miles in 11 days on a very rugged section of the Pacific Crest Trail. I didn't get blisters; my feet never even got sore! I didn't change shoes to cross the many streams so my feet were almost always wet. The trail was steep and rocky, plus about 20 miles of snow. The Pinnacles' combination of support plus durable foam cushioning is just the thing for my very active 55 year old feet! Over the years I've tried many different orthotics and insoles. For me these are the very best!
