I was pleased with the product and very pleased with the service that I got from the Orthotic Shop. The first time I ordered a size that did not fit. They very promptly had me send those back and resent the correct size. They paid for the return postage which is very rare these days.
Advantages: Prompt service, good customer relations.
Disadvantages: Not a thing!

I normally wear a 7W in the slip on sneakers but I ordered 7 1/2 W because my last pair seemed a bit snug. The 7 1/2 W is too narrow. I am reordering in 7 1/2 WW.
Advantages: If you are unable to bend over to tie sneakers, this style is a must. They are very comfortable and the style is attractive. I wish they came in more colors in the leather. I have all the suede-like colors, plus beige leather, white leather and navy/white leather. I think I have ordered at least 16 pairs in the past 7 years. When a pair gets a little beat up, I use them for gardening.
Disadvantages: Sizing is iffy. D is W and WW is probably E. I normally wear an 8 W in all shoes/sandals. My first pair of Propet were 8W and had to be exchanged for 7W which fit perfectly. Either they are getting a little narrower or my foot is getting wider because I now need 7 WW
