The doctor said I had plantar fasciitis. The SOLE Softec Insoles have provided the support I needed for my feet at a cost substantially less than custom insoles.
Advantages: Less foot pain and discomfort. Good for every day wear. Very cost effective.
Disadvantages: None.

Outstanding product. I am on my third set of SOLE insoles beginning nearly 2 years ago to provide support and stability in shoes and hiking boots worn extended periods of time.
Advantages: Easy to trim to fit, and Heat Moldable... mold while wearing.
Disadvantages: Footwear must have removable insole.

Hiked in them for Atleast 3000 miles and have 0 complainants. Well priced when you purchase directly online. I unfortunately purchased them in a retail store for $70
Advantages: Price, durability and comfort.
Disadvantages: If I can find any disadvantage it would be that moisture can build up under the insert so it is necessary to take them out every day if hiking in hot weather. This is the case for most inserts I have found though.
