These are the best. They are very firm and the arch is very high. I am now having heel spurs and am wondering if these come in a soft spot for my heel. These are the 3rd pair of soles and I love them.
Advantages: Makes the pain go away
Disadvantages: Doesn't seem to help heel spurs

These have made being on my feet all day tolerable! I followed the instructions to heat up for molding and took the 3 days wearing hours at a time to get used to them and I had no troubles. I would recommend these to anyone the needs extra cushion support for the foot and ankle pains.
Advantages: Heat molding is the way to go, only took a few minutes and was easy. I can slip these into any of my shoes and they work great.
Disadvantages: Haven't found any!

I love these insoles, even more at this price. If you think I am kidding I bought 5 pairs. I have been buying these same insoles from Red Wing Boots, with their logo on them for at least 10 years. Apparently their log makes them cost 35% more.
Advantages: They have really high arch support. They last me 8-10 months wearing them 6-7 days a week normally 12-18 hours a day. I wear size 16, and these insoles are offered all the way to 18's.
Disadvantages: A little pricey, but COMPLETELY worth it if you are on your feet 60-100 hours a week.

I am a professional hairdresser on my feet 12+ hours and I have a condition that affects the plantar fascia. My feet are constantly in pain and soreness. These insoles have been amazing. I have so little to no pain after an entire day on my feet. These are worth every dime!
Advantages: Easy fit for shoes, very Shock absorbing, molds easily to the foot.
Disadvantages: None so far.

Bought a pair of these insoles over 4 years ago and rotated them in my different work boots everyday. Very impressed how comfortable and durable they have been. I'm sure this pair will hold up just as well.

This is my third pair of these footbeds, each in different shoes. They were originally recommended by my physical therapist after I injured my achilles tendon. They make any pair of shoes with removable footbeds into much better shoes. I purchased them from the Orthotic Shop because they had a better price than Amazon and got them to me when I needed them.
Advantages: Custom fit to your feet

So far so good. I bought three pairs of these for my three most used pairs of shoes. So far my ankle and foot haven't hurt at all and my knee pain has been greatly reduced. In fact, my wife and I just took a cruise and we took the stairs everywhere we went. I only experiences some minor knee discomfort. Needless to say, at this point I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Advantages: Easy to use and mold to your foot.
Provides great arch support (I have narrow feet with high arches).
Disadvantages: You really need one pair for each pair of shoes you own. They're really not designed to go from shoe to shoe. This could get expensive if you have a lot of shoes.

My right heel at been hurting for about a month.
I put the Sole Softec Ultra Custom Moldable Footbeds on and instant relief.
I did not bake them in the oven. I just been wearing them.
The more you wear them they feel great they do not lose their shape.

Advantages: They are worth it. No more heel pain, helps pain in your legs and back.
You will be happy you have them. The arch takes the pain away from the heel.So you are able to walk pain free.
Disadvantages: None.
