With the SOLE Softec Ultra Moldable Arch Support insole, you can expect the utmost support and stability from step to step. These inserts easily slide right into any shoe and are highly recommended for those with plantar fasciitis. To mold this orthotic to the shape of your foot, simply throw them in the oven or wear repeatedly. Arch support has never been easier. 3.2 mm softec layer on top of a heat moldable base layer gives your feet ultimate comfort. Recommended for high volume footwear or shoes with removable insoles. Note: we may send the active thick on certain sizes.

Good support After some problems with plantar facitis and Neuromas, my podiatrist suggested these inserts. I spent a good portion of my working day on my feet, as a nurse. He injected my feet, and suggested stretches, NSAIDs, and ice. Also, he had said that he could prescribe a $400 orthotic, or I could just order these. I chose these, and altho there is no real cure, they have helped make my days less painful.

Best I've found High arches which have slightly collapsed. great fit and support. use at work, working out and running.
