This is truly a great product! I have nerve pain in my feet with severe burning sensations. After two weeks of use, the SOLE began to mold to my foot and the pain began to diminish. I now experience very little or no pain or burning in my feet. I was able to avoid the high cost of a custom, medically prescribed SOLE and get the same binifits.
Advantages: As good as a custom SOLE without the huge price.
Disadvantages: None!

This is the BEST insert for people like myself that are flat footed with no arch! I have been wearing these for over 7 years now! I only concern that I have, is availability sometimes. I wear a size 11 mens insert. It must be a popular size. They do not always have in stock!
Advantages: Great insert!
Disadvantages: None!

Easy to follow directions. I put them in the oven for the time stated. Afterward I took them out, not hot to touch, and put them in my shoes. I stood just like it said. Very comfortable.
Advantages: moldable
Disadvantages: none, they are perfect

These insoles provide the support that is needed for those who have high arches and/or suffer from plantar fasciitis. That is why I purchased them. They correspond to the high-end insoles that are sold by Red-Wing Shoes, at a fraction of the price.
The instructions say that you should warm them in the oven prior to installing them but this is not necessary. Just slip them into your shoes or boots, followed by your feet, and you will not have problems.

Perfect, I've been using them for years, and the cost is so low, I get them padded extra for my very high arch and need for dancer's pad, but without these soles Id be lost!
Advantages: low cost, very soft feel, easy to add padding for especially boney feet
Disadvantages: None

Quick turn around time from placement of order to receiving product. Kept informed as to when order received and shipped. Had experience with prior usage of this product and it was the same product. Would use this company again. Price was cheapest available online. Good product, Good Price, Good shipping time. Excellent company.

Great semi-custom orthotics. I'm a physician, and I've recommended these to patients. I also have a pair of custom orthotics made by a prosthetist/orthotist, and he said these were a very good product. The company shipped promptly as well.
Advantages: Less expense and trouble than going somewhere and having molds made. Conform to feet very well after the warm oven treatment they recommend. My heel pain is definitely better.
Disadvantages: None, really, unless for some reason one needs the marginal improvement of a fully custom fitted orthotic.

I am very pleased with my orthotics. I am a physical therapist and have evaluated and casted feet for custom-made orthotics since 1989. As quality has improved with off-the-shelf orthotics, I've begun to suggest to my patients with minor needs of correction to contact Orthotic Shop to obtain some orthotics. Then, if any adjustment is needed, I can use a heat gun to provide it. Keep up the good work folks!
Advantages: Many times, no adjustment is needed. If it is, it's quite simple to do.
Disadvantages: None.
