Didn't seem to change shape following heated molding process. Otherwise it seems nice. I don't think it will work in my shoe since it's too thick, but that's my bad for buying the thickest one.

These are great orthotics. However, I gave up after two orders and receiving a different orthotic each time. It is impossible to call and talk to a human. This company sells quality products but their customer service is dismal. I reordered the third time through another vendor even though I knew they would come from the Orthotic Store. I finally received what I ordered on the third try.
Advantages: Good product
Disadvantages: Very poor customer service. It is impossible to talk with a human to resolve problems

Love these insoles. I could never wear work shoes very long. I got some that were basically flatfooted and purchased these insoles and seriously wore the things nearly a year! I didn’t even notice the shoes had cracked entirely across the front until I saw it! I’m a runner who has struggled with plantar fasciitis and they helped tremendously

These are wonderful. I have plantar fasciitis. I suffered for many years with my feet - especially the heels - hurting. My feet have not hurt since I started using these orthotics that my podiatrist recommended. I have been using them for the past 4 years.
Advantages: Mold to your feet.

Sole Softec Ultra Custom Moldable footbeds are excellent for providing relief of foot pain caused by Plantar fasciitis like I have. I have been using these foot pads for many years, they work great and they last and last. I buy several pair over time to use in several pairs of shoes.
Advantages: Long lasting and they work well.
Disadvantages: None

these things are amazing. I am glad I found them. Feet are no longer sore from walking on plant floors all day. A must for anyone on their feet alot. Size is just right. Just order what size shoe you wear. Follow instructions and put em on.
Advantages: feet don't hurt anymore. Feels like a new pair of shoes

These footbeds were bought for arch support;I've been wearing them for several years. I would have preferred to buy the ones for $24.50 except you were out of my size. The purchased ones were the ones I was originally introduced to. Both work equally as well for me.
Advantages: They are the best out there.
Disadvantages: None.

Love these! Coworker suggested. Only one month of foot pain that limited me at work and at home. Knew I had to get on top of it quickly. Noticeable improvement in 2 days - almost back to normal at one week. (I also purchased Vionic house shoes through this site as part of an overall plan.
Advantages: Cost
Removable
Foot feels better
Disadvantages: I should have bought 2, but easy enough to order again.
