I dislocated the cuboid bone on my foot last winter, and now need serious orthotic support in any shoes I'm going to wear for more than an hour or two. Most of my summer sandals don't provide enough support, but these SOLE sport flips are fabulous. No foot ache, even after all-day wear! They're attractive, no sweat-slide, good traction, and the toe area is wide enough to support my fairly wide feet. These are perfect!
Advantages: Superior arch and heel support, yet flexible and comfortable enough to wear all day; attractive, foot-healthy and quality-constructed.
Disadvantages: A bit pricey...but worth it for folks who need real orthotic support.

Very pleased and so happy to have been able to find the color I wanted. I do wish they came in 1/2 sizes though.
Advantages: Very comfortable
Disadvantages: Possibly a little long which is why I would think a 1/2 size would fit a bit better.

I have metatarsalgia and purchased a pair of Sole Catalina Sport Flips because I was told they would be comfortable for me. I have found them to be so comfortable to wear around the house as well as outside. I now have 3 pairs. I typically wear a 9 or 9 1/2 and purchased a 9. I find that they start out a little snug when they are new, but soon stretch out just enough to be a perfect fit.
Advantages: Very helpful with my metatarsalgia
Disadvantages: None
